Extended Deadline, 31 March
ISHPES Sapporo 2020 is able to organize an online congress. We have created a third deadline at the end of March, only for oral presentations online. Presenters who wish to participate only online will still need to pay a registration fee. We currently have several options to include people in an online congress that will be determined by the number of people planning to come to Sapporo, and the number planning to participate online. After seeing the numbers for each, we will inform everyone on the exact details of the conference. At the moment many sporting events and conferences around the world are being cancelled to mitigate the spread of Covid-19. We are working hard to make sure that we can still host the ISHPES Sapporo 2020 Conference for those who wish to attend both in-person and online.
The Conference begins on Thursday, August 20. The social event is held on Saturday, August 22 and the final banquet also held in the evening on Sunday, August 23. The time slot of Young scholars’ social night is planned on Saturday, August 22. An optional tour is planned on Monday, August 24.
