The discounted rate for ISHPES Congress participants is 99€ for the room with the breakfast. To obtain this rate, book your reservation by sending an email to h1414@accor.com mentioning that the ISHPES Congress (ISHPES is the “code”). There are a limited number of rooms at this rate, which must be booked by the end of April. This rate is only valid for the dates of the congress (June 29-July 2). Participants wishing to stay in the hotel before or after the congress will have to pay the normal price (104.90€).

Delegates are able to rent a furnished flat at the university dormitory for 47€ / night. (Please note that there is no longer a weekly rate.)

Congress participants can also book an hotel in the center of Paris. We recommend locations near stations of the RER A line (Nation, Gare de Lyon, Chatelet-Les Halles, Auber, Charles-de-Gaulle Etoile) so participants can reach the campus of university Paris-Est in just twenty minutes without changing metro lines.
